About this service
SGS Hanuman Social Media Manager is used by authorized staff and volunteers of Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple, Fremont, to create, schedule, and publish temple announcements and manage email subscribers.
Information we process
We store app account names and email addresses, password hashes, sign-in sessions, announcement text, uploaded media, schedules, folders, and publishing results. For email subscribers, we store first name, last name, email address, and subscription status. When an administrator connects a social account, we store the authorized Page or professional account identifiers, names, and access tokens needed to publish announcements. We do not collect Facebook or Instagram passwords.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to operate the workspace, authenticate users, reset passwords, deliver announcements, and manage subscriptions. Selected content and media are sent to the social platforms chosen by the publisher. Cloudflare provides hosting, database, and file storage; Cloudinary may host media used for social publication; Resend processes email delivery, contacts, and broadcasts. Subscriber addresses are not displayed to other subscribers. We do not sell personal information.
Media and public announcements
Announcements published to public social accounts are intended for public viewing. Images used in email broadcasts and media needed by publishing platforms may be accessible through hosted URLs. People who receive an announcement can retain or share its content. Do not upload confidential information for publication.
Security and retention
App passwords are stored as hashes and connected-account access tokens are encrypted at rest. Sign-in cookies are used to maintain app sessions. Workspace records and media are retained while needed to operate the service. Removing a post from the app hides it and stops eligible future publishing; it does not automatically erase all stored records or remove already-published social posts. Email unsubscribe records may be retained to prevent unwanted resubscription. Backups and service-provider records may remain according to their retention practices.

Use the unsubscribe link in an email to stop temple announcements. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact communications@sgshanuman.org. See the data deletion instructions below. Connected platform access can also be revoked through that platform. This policy may be updated as the service changes.
